Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations efficiently.

- Receive materials and verify quantity and quality as per Purchase Order (PO).

- Issue materials to production or other departments against authorized requisitions.

- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/Excel.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely replenishment.

- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory differences.

- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

- Maintain inward and outward registers and related documentation.

- Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices wherever applicable.

- Coordinate with production, purchase, accounts, and logistics teams.

- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the store area.

- Handle audits and provide required inventory records.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of Inventory Management.

- Experience in Store Operations and Stock Control.

- Knowledge of ERP software and MS Excel.





- Strong documentation and reporting skills.

- Good communication and coordination abilities.

- Problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 4-5 years of experience as Store IN charge/Store Executive/Store Officer in a manufacturing company.

- Knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management.

- Familiarity with ERP software (SAP, Tally ERP, Busy, Oracle, etc.) will be an added advantage.
