Role & responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and maintain stock records.
- Receive, check, and store incoming materials.
- Issue materials as per approved requests.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock registers.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and material handling.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and security.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, and other departments.
- Prepare daily and monthly stock reports.
- Prevent material damage, wastage, and stock discrepancies.
- Ensure proper documentation of all inward and outward materials.
