About the Company

Chavare Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in electrical control panel manufacturing, industrial automation, and turnkey engineering projects.

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Stores Executive to manage day-to-day stores operations, inventory control, material movement, and coordination with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the receipt, inspection, storage, and issue of materials as per approved documents.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers in ERP/software.
- Handle inward and outward material entries, material issue slips, delivery challans, and other stores documentation.
- Maintain stock of electrical components, control panel accessories, cables, wires, switchgear, and other engineering materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Accounts, and Project teams for material availability and requirements.




- Monitor minimum stock levels and report shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving or obsolete items.
- Ensure proper material identification, storage, traceability, and 5S practices.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper records and documentation.
- Ensure safe handling of materials and maintain housekeeping standards in the stores area.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in stores or inventory management, preferably in electrical control panel manufacturing or an engineering industry.
- Knowledge of electrical components and control panel materials.
- Experience in ERP/software-based inventory management and MS Excel.
- Good documentation, stock reconciliation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage material records accurately.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
