Operations Associate (Part-Time)

Location: Jollies, Reliance Mall, Nagercoil

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 09:30 PM (Evening Shift)

Job Overview

Looking for an energetic, responsible, and friendly candidate to manage guest engagement, game assistance, and floor supervision during peak evening mall hours. Suitable for college students, freshers, or individuals seeking part-time evening work.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Welcoming & Assistance: Greet kids and parents warmly, explain play zone rules, and help visitors navigate games and attractions.
- Floor Supervision & Safety: Monitor children in play areas to ensure safe play, prevent rough play, and keep walkways transparent of obstructions.
- Game & Attraction Coordination: Assist kids with game operations, handle token/card issues, and ensure all active machines remain orderly.




- Queue & Crowd Handling: Manage evening rush efficiently with a polite, patient, and approachable demeanor.
- Shift Closing Support: Assist with end-of-day floor tidy-up, resetting equipment, and sanitizing touchpoints at 9:30 PM closing.

Requirements
- Active, punctual, and child-friendly attitude.
- Strong communication skills in Tamil (basic English is a plus).
- Ability to stay on your feet and remain attentive during peak operating hours.
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or event support is preferred but not required.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
