- Excellent English communication skills for global customer support.
- Knowledge of Storage, SAN, NAS, RAID, Fibre Channel, and iSCSI technologies.
- Experience with any online or nearline storage product is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of at least one operating system.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot storage hardware and software issues for global users.
- Diagnose and resolve complex storage,
SAN connectivity, backup, and tape library issues.
- Perform log analysis, firmware upgrades, and troubleshooting using HP Library & Tape Tools (L&TT;).
- Manage customer incidents, escalations, and resolution within defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
