Who we are looking for:

- Experience: 0 to 1 year of corporate experience (Freshers are highly welcome).
- Education: You do not need to be an engineer. Commerce graduates or anyone with a solid financial background are completely fine.
- Market Knowledge: You must have a practical, hands-on understanding of Indian Equity, F&O;, order mechanics, and margins.
- Certification: NISM Certification is required.



NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) or any equivalent NISM series is perfectly fine.
- Communication: Decent communication skills. You don't need to be perfectly fluent.
- Location: Hybrid (2 days a week from the office in Bangalore).

No prior IT or software experience? Don't worry—we will completely train you for the technical side of the job. We are looking for your raw market intuition and analytical mindset to help us evaluate and build a flawless trading super app.
