Inventory & Dispatch Incharge

DHARTI is a heritage edible-oil brand from Ahmedabad preparing for a relaunch. We’re looking for a reliable, organised person to manage stock and coordinate order dispatch as we prepare to serve customers in Ahmedabad.

What you’ll do

- Receive stock and keep inventory records accurate and up to date.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low stock.
- Check orders and ensure the correct products and quantities are ready for dispatch.
- Coordinate order pickups with delivery partners and follow up on delivery status.
- Maintain explicit records of orders, dispatches and, where applicable, cash-on-delivery collections and handovers.
- Keep the stock and dispatch area organised.

Who we’re looking for
- Reliable,



organised and attentive to detail.
- Comfortable maintaining stock and dispatch records.
- Confident coordinating with local delivery partners.
- Able to communicate in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English is useful.
- Experience in inventory, stores or dispatch is an advantage. Entry-level applicants with the right attitude are welcome.

Location: Ahmedabad

Work arrangement: In person

Employment: Full-time

Compensation: Based on experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
