1. Manage inward and outward stock transfers and ensure accurate inventory updates.
2. Handle stock reversal management and maintain proper records of all reversal transactions.
3. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
4. Update daily operational reports related to stock movement, inventory levels, and store performance.
5. Prepare and maintain dashboards covering fill rate, write-offs, cycle counts, stock updates, negative stock, stock reversals, productivity, and planogram compliance.
6. Manage and supervise the team, ensuring smooth operations and achievement of assigned targets.
7. Ensure adherence to FIFO (First In, First Out) practices for effective stock rotation and inventory management.
8. Monitor stock availability and coordinate stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels.
