The Stock Auditor is responsible for conducting physical stock audits across showrooms, verifying inventory accuracy against system records, identifying stock discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with company inventory management procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular physical stock audits across showrooms and warehouses.

- Verify physical stock against system inventory records and identify shortages, excess stock, and mismatches.

- Audit stock transfers, sales, returns, damaged items, and inter-store movements.

- Ensure accurate stock tagging, serial number verification, and product identification.

- Identify and report stock discrepancies, missing items, and potential inventory losses to the management.

- Prepare detailed stock audit reports and submit findings within the specified timelines.

- Verify proper documentation for stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.

- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies.

- Conduct surprise stock checks and follow up on previously reported discrepancies.

- Coordinate with Store Managers, warehouse teams, and the accounts team to resolve stock-related issues.





- Recommend corrective measures to minimize stock losses and improve inventory accuracy.

- Maintain confidentiality and ensure the integrity of all audit findings.

Qualifications and Skills

- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in stock auditing, inventory control, or retail operations preferred.

- Experience in retail inventory management is an advantage.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems.

- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to identify discrepancies and prepare accurate reports.

- Willingness to travel to multiple store locations.

- Honest, organized, and capable of working independently.

- Stock audit accuracy and timely completion of audits.

- Identification and reduction of stock discrepancies.

- Timely submission of audit reports.

- Effective follow-up and closure of audit findings.

- Compliance with company inventory control procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
