- Manage daily operations of the power plant, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Oversee breakdown maintenance, preventative maintenance, and project management to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for plant commissioning, green field projects, and utility operation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all aspects of plant maintenance.

Job Requirements :

- 10-15 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Robust knowledge of plant commissioning, breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and project management.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial equipment installations and utilities operations.
