Job Overview

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented sales professionals for the positions of State Head / Vertical Head to drive business growth across Haryana, Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh.

Candidates must have a strong background in sales of electrical equipment and products within the manufacturing industry, with proven experience in managing distributors, dealers, sales teams, and regional business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve state-wise and vertical-wise sales targets.
- Drive sales growth for electrical products through dealer and distributor networks.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across the assigned territories.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing dealers, distributors, channel partners, and key customers.
- Appoint new channel partners and develop a strong distribution network.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, market reports, and periodic MIS.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.




- Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy outstanding levels in coordination with the accounts team.
- Conduct regular market visits to strengthen channel relationships and improve sales performance.
- Report sales achievements, market developments, and business projections to senior management.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; a technical or management qualification will be an advantage.
- 6–16 years of experience in electrical equipment sales within a manufacturing company is mandatory.
- Strong experience in electrical products such as fans, LED lighting, switchgear, control gear, wires, switches, or related electrical equipment.
- Proven track record in dealer/distributor management and regional or state-level sales.
- Experience in handling sales teams, achieving targets, and expanding market coverage.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, communication, and business development skills.
- Valuable understanding of the electrical market, distribution channels, and regional business dynamics.
- Ability to join immediately or at the earliest.
