Role Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and confident individual to manage the Beyond Box stall at the National Book Fair.

The role involves representing our brand, engaging with visitors, promoting our Humans of Science books and educational products, and managing daily sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Visitor Engagement: Welcome visitors, introduce Beyond Box and explain our mission of making science engaging through stories and hands-on learning.
- Product Demonstration: Showcase our Humans of Science books, puzzles, and activities to parents, children, and educators.
- Sales Management: Explain product features and prices, encourage purchases, handle payments, and maintain daily sales records.
- Stall Management: Ensure products are neatly displayed, maintain inventory, and keep the stall organised and welcoming.
- Customer Interaction:



Answer questions, share information about Beyond Box programmes, and collect contact details from interested visitors with their consent.
- Daily Reporting: Share a brief update on sales, inventory, visitor feedback, and potential leads.

Ideal Candidate
- Friendly, proactive, and comfortable interacting with people.
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and/or English.
- Interest in science, education, books, or working with children.
- Responsible and capable of independently managing a stall.
- Previous sales or event experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Training: A brief orientation about Beyond Box and its products will be provided. Remuneration: Paid chance; details will be discussed.
