We are looking for passionate and experienced State Client Recruiter in hiring for IT W2 requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US State Government and Public Sector IT positions.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for W2 opportunities.
- Work directly on requirements received from state clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals across various technologies.
- Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidate fit, and coordinate the hiring process.
- Negotiate rates, manage candidate relationships, and ensure successful onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and track recruitment metrics.
Required Skills:
- 2-6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience working on W2 requirements.
- Hands-on experience recruiting for US State Government clients.
- Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
