Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for non-IT positions. The candidate will also be responsible for posting job openings on Naukri and other recruitment portals to attract suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Post job openings on Naukri and other job portals.
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Any graduate with good communication skills.
- Experience in Non-IT recruitment is preferred; freshers with a strong interest in recruitment may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of Naukri and other job portals.
- Valuable sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
