A Staff Nurse is responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients, assisting doctors during treatment, administering medications, and monitoring patients’ health and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide direct nursing care to patients according to their medical needs.
2. Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration.
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
4. Assist doctors during medical procedures and examinations.
5. Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
6. Ensure proper hygiene, comfort, and safety of patients.
7. Follow infection control procedures and maintain cleanliness in the ward.
8. Educate patients and their families about treatment, medication, and post-discharge care.
9.



Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid when required.
10. Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.

Qualifications and Skills
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care, and infection control.
- Ability to work in shifts, including night duties.
- Compassion, patience, responsibility, and teamwork.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
