Job Title: Staff Nurse

Role Overview : The Staff Nurse plays a critical role in the daily clinical operations of the IVF center, ensuring seamless patient care, accurate medication administration, and strict adherence to documentation and regulatory protocols. This position demands a high level of coordination with Fertility Consultants, the Operation Theater (OT) team, and laboratory staff to maintain exceptional clinical standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily patient files, including consent forms, cycle sheets, Aadhar cards, checklists, and progress notes.
- Update vital registers daily (Scan, Beta HCG, OT, Injection, New Patient, and Form-F).
- Perform patient sample collections.
- Manage the OT list and share prerequisites with the OT Technician for proper room preparation.




- Transport pharmacy injections in cold storage and accurately maintain logs in Ortus or the physical Carry file.
- Execute specific designated assignments, including PCPNDT, Form-F, C-Section Audits, MTP, Injections, and Beta-HCG monitoring.
