Designation : Staff Nurse

Job Summary The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and nursing standards. The nurse assists doctors, monitors patient conditions, administers medications, and ensures patient safety and comfort throughout treatment and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Patient Care : Provide direct nursing care to patients as per physician’s instructions and nursing care plans.

2) Medication & Treatment

3) Clinical Assistance

4) Patient Safety & Infection Control

5) Patient & Family Communication

6) Coordination with doctors, laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, and other departments for patient care.

7) Ensure smooth patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes.

8) Maintain nursing notes,



treatment sheets, medication charts, and other records accurately.

9) Ensure compliance with hospital policies and quality standards.

Qualification

- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) from a recognized institution.
- Registration with State Nursing Council.
- Location : Fatima Nagar, Pune
- Minimum Experience - 2 Years
