Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality patient care to patients in various settings such as Casualty, Critical Care, Emergency, ICU, Midwifery, NICU, OT (Operation Theatre), Pediatrics, Surgical and CCU.

- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.

- Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities or concerns to the doctor or supervisor.

- Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and medication administration.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience as a Staff Nurse in a reputable hospital setting.

- B.Sc Nursing degree from an accredited institution.

- Registration with relevant nursing council (e.g.

Indian Nursing

Council).

- Robust knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and protocols related to respective specialties (Casualty, Critical Care, Emergency etc.).

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
