REQUIREMENT:

- We are hiring for Business Analyst with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)/IBM BPM expertise to support regulatory adjustment and workflow modernization initiatives.

- The role involves analysing existing IBM BAW processes, documenting business and technical requirements, performing data analysis, and partnering with technology teams to drive process transformation toward modern application architectures.

- Analyze existing IBM BAW / IBM BPM workflows, services, tasks, and application behavior supporting regulatory adjustment processes.

- Gather, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements for adjustment, exception management, approval, and regulatory control workflows.

- Create BPMN process models, current-state and future-state process flows, decision logic documentation, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.

- Utilize advanced SQL for data reconciliation, investigation of adjustments, root cause analysis, and validation of business rules and controls.

- Analyze REST API and JSON-based integrations between IBM BAW, Collibra Data Quality, Lakehouse platforms, and enterprise applications.

- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to translate business requirements into modern React/Django-based target solutions while ensuring continuity of existing BAW services.

- Review Tivoli / IBM Workload Scheduler jobs, dependencies,



and batch processing workflows supporting regulatory operations.

- Create detailed user stories, process specifications, requirement documents, and maintain traceability within Jira and Confluence.

- Support Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stakeholder workshops.

- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, incident investigations, and production issue analysis.

- Coordinate with regulatory, operations, technology, QA, and support teams to ensure solutions are controlled, testable, auditable, and production-ready.

- Produce clear documentation and business evidence to support regulatory and operational decision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Writing and reviewing great quality code

- Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the clients needs in the context of the project

- Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it

- Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets

- Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.

- Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs

- Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it

- Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement

- Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.

- Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs

- Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken

- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
