Sr. Voice Process Executive

Location: Infopark, Kochi, Kerala

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in BPO Inbound Voice Process (Mandatory)

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)

Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month

Shift: 6 PM–3 AM, Monday–Friday

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of BPO Inbound Voice Process experience (Mandatory).
- Excellent English communication and customer-handling skills.
- Robust problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working night shifts.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Provide accurate information and excellent customer service.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain customer interaction records and meet performance targets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
