Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Sr. Tender Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a pivotal on-site role responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the tendering process—from initial inquiry to final submission. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of construction bidding, excellent coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the end-to-end tendering process for domestic and international projects.
- Prepare and review tender documents in alignment with project specifications and client requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement and project management to gather necessary inputs.
- Ensure compliance with all technical, commercial and legal aspects of each bid.
- Analyze and interpret project requirements, drawings and contract documents.
- Track deadlines and maintain documentation related to tender submissions and outcomes.
- Liaise with clients,



consultants and JV partners throughout the bidding process.
- Maintain a repository of past bids, pricing strategies and competitor insights to inform future proposals.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in Tender Management, particularly within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in reviewing BOQs, technical specifications and contractual terms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Familiarity with government and private sector tendering platforms is a plus.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
