We are looking for an experienced Sr.

Service

Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of concrete batching plants and Self-Loading Concrete Mixers (SLCM).

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with concrete batching plants and SLCM.

- Good knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, diesel engines, PLCs, and control panels.

- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.

- Solid customer-handling, communication, and team coordination skills.

- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of batching plants and SLCM.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and control system issues.





- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs at customer sites.

- Attend customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

- Guide service technicians and provide technical support to customers.

- Coordinate with the Service Manager for spare parts and service planning.

- Prepare service reports and maintain equipment service records.

- Train customers and operators on machine operation, maintenance, and safety.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and minimize equipment downtime.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
