Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Salesforce CRM Developer with solid technical expertise in the Retail industry domain. This role requires an architecturally minded developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience, specifically focused on robust ecosystem integrations connecting Salesforce with key retail retail operations engines like LS Central and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or equivalent.

Core Responsibilities & Technical Capabilities

Systems Integration & Retail Architecture

- ERP & Unified Commerce Integration: Design, implement, and support scalable sync architectures connecting Salesforce CRM with LS Central and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- API Development: Build custom Apex REST/SOAP endpoints and design complex integration workflows utilizing Platform Events and External ID matching architectures.
- Robust Logging: Implement comprehensive integration exception logging, monitoring frameworks, and automated retry mechanisms for transaction-heavy retail syncs.

Core Configuration & Automation
- Data Modelling & Security: Architect custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, record types, advanced validation rules, and granular permission sets.
- Modern Automation: Develop complex screen, record-triggered, and scheduled Flows; lead initiatives migrating legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builder automations into high-performance Flows.

Custom Technical Development
- Programmatic Solutions: Write high-performing, asynchronous, and secure programmatic logic including Apex classes, multi-object triggers, Batch Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
- UI Frameworks: Design and deploy scalable custom web interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Code Quality & Optimisation: Perform system-wide bulkification, refactor technical debt to circumvent strict governor limits, and drive code quality via static code analysis (PMD cleanup).

Lifecycle Management,



Enhancements & Release
- Lifecycle Execution: Deliver standard maintenance changes against live production processes alongside complete end-to-end management of complex new functional requirements (from solution design to sandbox construction).
- Testing & Deployment: Organize and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles and manage technical release management from sandbox to production.
- Release Resilience: Execute thorough regression test beds to proactively adapt custom layers to Salesforce's three major seasonal releases (Spring, Summer, Winter).

Platform Governance & Operational Support
- Operational Support: Manage ticket-based user queues, handle comprehensive licence allocations, maintain corporate data integrity fixes, and continuously audit the global platform security model.

Experience & Certifications
- Professional Experience: Minimum 6+ years of pure, hands-on Salesforce development and configuration lifecycle experience.
- Industry Expertise: Strong contextual knowledge of the retail landscape, omnichannel supply chains, or physical point-of-sale (POS) integrations.
- Required Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI) at a minimum; Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer II (PDII), or Integration Architect certifications are highly desired.
- Technical Stack Alignment: Proven track record working directly on integrations involving LS Central and Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Hands on in CRM - Should cover core CRM Apex coding skill KPIs and ensure the coding exercise given and output is shared with panels assessment details

LWC framework knowledge details

Batch and Scheduled Apex

NFR aspects including bulkification, performance, code review / clean ups etc NFR

Required Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI) at a minimum; Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer II (PDII), or Integration Architect certifications are highly desired.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
