Lead Generation & Market Prospecting:

Identify, target, and acquire current B2B customers, OEMs, industrial manufacturing plants, and project contractors.

Conduct regular field visits, market mapping, and plant tours to build a robust sales pipeline.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with plant heads, procurement managers, maintenance engineers, and consultants.

Techno-Commercial Evaluation & Estimation:

Review client technical inquiries, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), mechanical drawings, and scope specifications.

Collaborate with internal engineering, estimation, and production teams to select optimal product specifications, prepare Bill of Materials (BOMs), and formulate accurate commercial quotes.

Deliver persuasive technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Negotiation & Deal Closure:

Conduct techno-commercial discussions, address client technical queries, and negotiate contract terms and payment milestones.

Convert inquiries into confirmed purchase orders while maintaining target gross profit margins.

Ensure smooth handover of confirmed orders to internal engineering and project execution teams.





Client Support & Payment Recovery:

Act as the primary point of contact for technical query resolution and post-sales support during project delivery.

Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection of payments according to agreed credit terms.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend product/service improvements.
