Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of R&D; professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team setting.

- Develop and implement R&D; strategies that align with the company's objectives and drive innovation within the industry.

- Oversee the planning and execution of research projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

- Spearheading Technology transfer/scale up of Water Based Mold Release Agents / Lubricants (liquid chemicals), Die Cast Lubricants facilitating processes from lab scale to production scale mfg.

- Formulation strategies & policies of R&D.; Setting up Technical lab.

- Local/alternate sourcing of raw materials/Packing materials.

- Working on : Wax Emulsions, Oil Emulsions, Silicone Emulsions, organic solvents, waxes, silicones, oils, additives, surfactants, thickeners, biocides, fungicides, corrosion inhibitors, gloss/surface finish improvement, lubricity improvement, fillers, reactive/non-reactive chemistry, particle size control, catalyst, emulsifiers, dispersants, antifoaming agents , Mold Release Agents / Lubricants, Aerosols, Metal working fluids etc

- Process working : Water based , Solvent-based &
- Oil based product





- New Product Development for Polymer Plant and modification in existing products as per customer feedback.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality assurance, to integrate R&D; efforts with overall business strategies.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining the highest quality and safety standards in all R&D; activities.

- Prepare and present detailed reports on research findings, project progress, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

- Establishing processes &

- SOPs, streamlining workflow & creating environment to enhance productivity while working with Quality &
- Production team. Process improvements, Product costing & quality management to ensure profitability,Controlling Capital Budget.

- Product & process audits, Continual improvement plans, Kaizen, implement Best Practice, Cost Reduction/margin improvement Projects, 5S activities &

- Cost of Poor Quality concept.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging team members to explore new ideas and approaches.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
