Role Description This HR role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Bharuch district. The role involves L & D and employee engagement for the Dahej Site having a worknforce of 3500 on roll employees,



This role is responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives, Learning and development, People development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong HR leadership experience
- Proficiency in core HR domains such as employee engagement, and learning and development.
- Ability to design and implement HR strategies, frameworks, and processes aligned with business objectives and TQM principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to use HR data and metrics for decision-making and process improvement.
- Comfort with HRIS and digital HR tools; experience in driving HR automation and process standardization is an advantage.
- Master’s degree or MBA in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a plant environment, build trust with diverse teams, and manage change in a dynamic business setting.
