We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Manager to manage our company's IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, and business applications to ensure smooth and secure operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage desktops, laptops, servers, printers, networking, and IT infrastructure.
- Handle software installation, updates, licensing, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain ERP, accounting, inventory, sales, and purchase software, as applicable.
- Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewall, CCTV, and biometric systems, wherever applicable.
- Ensure data backup, cybersecurity, antivirus protection, and access control.
- Manage IT assets, inventory, AMC, vendor coordination, and procurement.
- Lead IT support staff and provide timely technical assistance to employees.
- Implement IT policies, improve system efficiency, and minimize downtime
