We are hiring for Sr. HR Operations Executive for a leading organization.
Location: Noida (Work from Office)
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred or 15days
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management
- HRMS Administration and HR Software Management
- Payroll and Statutory Compliance
- HR MIS, Reporting and Employee Database Management
- Talent Acquisition Support
Mandatory Requirements:
- Full time, 2-year MBA in HR from a NIRF Top 100 institute.
- Experience managing HR operations for 300 to 500 employees.
- Willingness to travel as required.
