(Manufacturing - Garment Industry)

Location: Cuttack, Odisha

Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR

Candidates must have relevant experience in the manufacturing or garment industry, with robust knowledge of HR Generalist functions and Industrial Relations.

Reporting Hierarchy - HR Head

Key Responsibilities:

· Employee Lifecycle Management: Maintain employee records and manage confirmations, transfers, promotions, separations, exit interviews, and attrition analysis.

· Performance Management: Coordinate KRA and KPI processes, performance reviews, appraisal cycles, and employee development plans.

· Learning and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, maintain training calendars, and monitor training compliance.

· HR Analytics and MIS: Prepare HR dashboards and reports covering attrition, absenteeism, overtime, manpower productivity, and employee engagement.

· Discipline Management and Industrial Relations: Handle disciplinary matters, preliminary investigations, show-cause notices,



warning letters, charge sheets, and domestic inquiry documentation.

· Statutory Compliance: Maintain statutory records, coordinate audits and inspections, liaise with labour authorities, and ensure timely statutory filings.

Candidate Requirements

· Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.

· Strong knowledge of HR Generalist functions and Industrial Relations.

· Experience in the manufacturing or garment industry is mandatory.

· Candidates must be willing to work in Cuttack, Odisha.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
