Role & responsibilities

- Ensure quality compliance across highway/expressway construction activities, including earthwork, pavement, bituminous, and concrete works.
- Supervise material testing of soil, aggregates, concrete, bitumen, and asphalt as per project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with MoRTH specifications, IRC/IS codes, QAPs, and ITPs.
- Review and maintain quality records, test reports, inspection reports, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with Independent Engineers, consultants, clients, execution teams, and third-party laboratories for quality inspections and approvals.
- Conduct site inspections, identify quality deviations, and ensure corrective actions and closure of NCRs.
- Ensure proper laboratory testing, equipment calibration, and compliance with project quality standards.





Preferred candidate profile

- Strong knowledge of highway construction materials, testing methods, and quality control procedures.
- Working knowledge of MoRTH specifications, IRC codes, relevant IS codes, QAPs, and ITPs.
- Experience in site inspections, laboratory testing, quality documentation, and compliance reporting.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with project teams, consultants, clients, and external agencies.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Educational Qualification B.E./B. Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering - Must be regular
