Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and maintain quality control plans, procedures, and standards for civil engineering projects.

- Perform regular inspections of high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, residential apartments, villas, and other structures during various stages of construction.

- Identify defects or deviations from specifications and recommend solutions to resolve them promptly.

- Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6-10 years of experience in civil engineering with expertise in building construction (high rise), real estate construction (residential & commercial), civil construction (commercial & industrial).

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil.

- Robust knowledge of QMS (Quality Management System) principles and ISO 9001:2015 standard.
