Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in Databricks, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and modern data engineering practices, with exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) being highly desirable. This role requires hands-on experience in building intelligent applications, developing scalable AI pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business outcomes through AI-driven solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions on the Databricks platform.

- Build scalable data processing, feature engineering, model training, and inference pipelines leveraging Databricks and Spark.

- Develop and optimize Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications using modern AI frameworks and tools.

- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI workflows, vector databases,



and prompt engineering techniques.

- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, cloud platforms, and business applications.

- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into deployable AI solutions.

- Establish MLOps best practices including model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD, automation, and governance.

- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and foundation models for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

- Implement responsible AI practices covering security, privacy, explainability, and compliance requirements.

- Leverage GCP services where applicable for AI, analytics, storage, and deployment workloads.

- Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, Databricks AI capabilities, and cloud-native AI services.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical decision-making and solution design.
