Job Overview:

We are looking for an Assistant Manager Project Delivery to manage the execution and deployment of examination centre projects across multiple locations in India. The role involves project planning, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, site readiness, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution and deployment of examination centre projects.
- Plan project schedules, resources, manpower, and infrastructure requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, Government officials, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor site readiness, project progress, and operational preparedness.




- Resolve on-ground issues and manage project risks and escalations.
- Maintain project trackers, MIS reports, and management updates.
- Ensure timely project completion and effective coordination across locations.
- Travel across India as required for project execution.

Candidate Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in project execution, operations, infrastructure deployment, event management, or assessment operations.
- Experience in Government projects is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in multi-location operations, vendor management, and field team coordination is an advantage.
- Robust communication, planning, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Operations, Management, or a related field.

Preferred Background: Candidates from examination/assessment management, large-scale event execution, infrastructure deployment, or multi-location operations.
