we are hiring experienced and motivated candidates for the position of Senior Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process in Kolkata.

We are looking for candidates with strong English communication skills and experience handling international customers over voice calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly with international clients.
- Follow company procedures and meet performance targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call details.

Requirements
- Graduation in any stream.




- 1–3 years of experience in an international voice process.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
