Key Responsibilities

- Execute RCC works including footing, columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, and core walls.
- Handle shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and Mivan formwork activities.
- Read and interpret structural drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS).
- Manage site labour, subcontractors, materials, and daily work progress.
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site engineers.
- Monitor daily site reports, concrete pouring, and execution as per drawings.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in high-rise RCC residential construction.
- Robust execution experience with a contractor firm.
- Good knowledge of RCC construction, drawings, Mivan shuttering, and site management.
