- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site, including RCC work and finishing activities.

- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

- Monitor RCC activities, including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and slab casting.

- Supervise finishing works such as plastering, tiling, waterproofing, painting, flooring, and other interior and exterior finishing activities.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth execution of work.

- Inspect construction materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.

- Monitor site progress, identify delays, and take corrective actions to meet project deadlines.

- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and other site resources.





- Read and interpret structural, architectural, and working drawings and coordinate for any discrepancies.

- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues arising during construction.

- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, material consumption reports, and work completion updates.

- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and construction practices.

- Coordinate with the planning, quality, procurement, and project management teams for timely execution of activities.

- Ensure proper execution and quality checks before handing over completed work.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹64,000.00 per month
