Senior Associate / Assistant Manager, Strategic Initiatives (Founders Office) Who we're looking for: A sharp, high-intensity problem solver with 3 to 6 years of experience, who cares deeply about education and is happiest when handed a messy problem with no playbook.

What the role is about: You'll work directly with our CEO on the strategic priorities that will shape Kraftshalas next phase of growth, across admissions, training, placements, tech, partnerships, and scale, and youll own each one from start to finish.

Responsibilities

- Take ambiguous, high-priority problems from the founder, break them down, find root causes using data, and turn them into a clear plan with owners and timelines.
- Spot where our programs risk slipping into mediocrity as they scale, across learner outcomes, placement quality and delivery standards, and fix the gaps at a system level.
- Run small, quick experiments on problem areas as they come up, share what worked and what didnt, and change course when the data or priorities shift.
- Act as the founders thinking partner through sharp analyses, decision memos and reviews, and turn solved problems into repeatable processes that teams can run on their own.

- You've taken an ambiguous problem, given it structure, and delivered a measurable result, ideally while working across teams you didnt directly manage.
- You're looking to build deep context and grow with us over the long term, not a short stint.
