Job Summary

We are hiring a Sr. Associate - Contact Centre (Voice Process) with 2.5-3.5 years of experience for our client.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree (completed).

- Minimum 2 years of experience in an international voice process (US process preferred).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.

- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently with a high sense of responsibility.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

- Prior experience in customer service or collections is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for US clients professionally.

- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

- Perform voice-based customer service or collections activities.

- Update internal systems and maintain call records.





- Communicate with clients through calls and emails when required.

- Ensure compliance with process guidelines and applicable US regulations.

- Follow up on pending customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Achieve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.

- Be flexible to work extended hours based on business requirements.

Significant Note

- Candidates must be comfortable working in Night shifts.

- Mobile phones are not permitted during production hours and must be deposited in assigned lockers after onboarding.
