Role overview

We are looking for a motivated lead generation professional to identify target accounts, generate qualified leads, and set up meetings for our Business Development team. The role involves outbound prospecting across multiple channels, maintaining CRM records, and working closely with sales and marketing teams to strengthen outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify target accounts, decision-makers, and potential business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, industry events, and other outreach channels.
- Execute outbound prospecting activities including emails, calls, and social selling.
- Schedule meetings and introductory calls for the Business Development team.
- Maintain and update CRM records with lead and prospect information.
- Track outreach activities, pipeline progress, and lead conversion metrics.




- Support account-based marketing and targeted lead generation initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.

Required Skills

- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach platforms.
- Ability to research companies and identify key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Good to Have

- Experience in Engineering Services, Software Services, IoT, Embedded Systems, Digital Engineering, or Technology Consulting industries.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and enterprise customer engagement.
