Senior Architect – Real Estate

Role: Senior Architect

Experience: 5–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural planning and design for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Prepare architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, and other project teams.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, local regulations, and approval requirements.
- Review drawings and designs prepared by junior architects and design teams.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and design preferences.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design implementation.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and government authorities for approvals.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.
- Identify design issues and provide practical solutions.
- Manage design revisions and maintain updated project documentation.




- Monitor construction activities to ensure alignment with approved drawings.
- Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- Robust knowledge of architectural design and construction processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant design software.
- Knowledge of building regulations, development control rules, and approval processes.
- Strong project coordination and team management skills.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of real estate development and site execution.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
