Role Description The Sr. Analyst, Global Client Payments is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for overseeing and optimizing client payment processes across multiple regions. This position manages end-to-end payment operations including payment reconciliation, exception handling, and coordination with internal finance, operations, and customer-facing teams.

The role involves analyzing payment data, identifying discrepancies or trends, and implementing improvements to enhance accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction. The Sr. Analyst will prepare reports and dashboards for leadership, support audits and compliance checks, and ensure adherence to global payment policies and controls.

Day-to-day work includes responding to payment-related inquiries, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders,



and contributing to process standardization and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in analyzing payment data, identifying variances, and preparing financial or operational reports.
- Experience with payment operations, accounts receivable, banking interfaces, or financial transaction processing in a global or multi-currency setting.
- Proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools; familiarity with ERP systems, payment platforms, or financial software is highly beneficial.
- Ability to interpret and apply financial policies, compliance requirements, and internal controls related to client payments.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex payment issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven stakeholder management and collaboration skills, including experience working with finance, operations, and customer support teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a track record of handling multiple tasks, deadlines, and regional priorities efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., in finance or accounting) are an advantage.
- Experience in a technology, SaaS, or financial services environment, particularly in global operations, is preferred.
- Comfort working with data-driven tools and a continuous improvement mindset, including interest in automation and process optimization.
