Designation: Senior Accountant

Responsibilities :

- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, journals, and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and cash/bank reports.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and supplier payments.
- Prepare and coordinate GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase records and ensure eligible Input Tax Credit (ITC) is properly accounted for.
- Coordinate TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and returns.
- Support income tax filings, tax audits, and statutory audits.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.
- Coordinate with HR for salary processing, payroll reconciliation, and employee-related accounting entries.
- Verify PF, ESI, professional tax, and other applicable statutory contributions and payments.




- Maintain records related to employee advances, reimbursements, and deductions.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, auditors, and tax consultants.

Educational Qualification :

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or an equivalent qualification.
- Relevant professional certifications in accounting or taxation will be an advantage.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Experience in GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance is preferred.
- Relevant qualified certifications in accounting or taxation will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
