1. Product Design & Development: Design and develop cricket equipment, helmets, soft leather products, sports bags, and other accessories in line with brand requirements and market trends.
2. Technical Drawings & Specifications: Prepare product sketches, technical drawings, measurements, colourways, material specifications, and detailed design files for sampling.
3. Material & Component Selection: Identify suitable materials, fabrics, padding, leather, plastics, and other components based on product functionality, durability, aesthetics, and cost.
4. Sampling & Prototype Development: Coordinate with sampling and product development teams to develop initial prototypes, review samples, and incorporate necessary design modifications.
5. Pilot Sample Finalisation: Take ownership of the complete design development process until the final pilot sample is approved, ensuring all design changes, specifications,



and product details are finalised.
6. Product Testing & Quality Evaluation: Evaluate samples for functionality, fit, comfort, durability, finishing, and design accuracy, particularly for cricket protective equipment and helmets.
7. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with sourcing, sampling, quality control, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and resolve technical issues during product development.
8. Design Documentation & Trend Research: Maintain updated design files, specifications, and sample records while researching market trends, competitor products, and current materials to improve the product range.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
