Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist/Therapist based in Noida.

The Speech Language

Pathologist/Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children, including issues related to articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting standardized and informal assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering one-on-one and group therapy sessions, and monitoring progress through regular documentation and reporting.



The role involves collaborating with occupational therapists, special educators, behavior therapists, and families to ensure integrated care, as well as providing parent training and guidance to support carryover of skills at home.

The Speech Language

Pathologist/Therapist will also contribute to early intervention programs and participate in case discussions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and management of Speech-related concerns.
- BASLP/MASLP preferred
- Freshers can also apply
- Candidates should possess a recognized degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology/Speech and Hearing, with relevant clinical licensure or registration as applicable.
- Candidates should possess abilities in pediatric assessment, individualized treatment planning, and evidence-based intervention.
- Candidates should possess robust interpersonal, counseling, and collaboration skills to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Candidates with experience in early intervention, autism spectrum disorders, and school-based or clinic-based pediatric practice will be preferred.
