About the Role

Paramaardha is hiring a target-driven professional with strong cold-calling skills and good knowledge of Sanātana Dharma to support lead conversion and onboarding of Spiritual Experts and Institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to Spiritual Experts, Pandits, Teachers and Institutions.
- Generate leads, explain platform benefits and convert prospects into registrations.
- Manage follow-ups, product demos and onboarding.
- Assist with seeker enquiries and booking coordination when required.
- Maintain daily CRM updates and achieve assigned sales targets.





Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in cold calling, telesales or business development.
- Knowledge of Sanātana Dharma and Hindu spiritual practices is mandatory.
- Fluent in Telugu, Hindi and English.
- Strong communication, persuasion and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working independently with targets.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets or CRM tools.
