End-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate screening, stakeholder management, interview coordination, offer negotiation, recruitment reporting, and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions across functions, seniority levels, and hiring categories.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team structures, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
- Draft, refine, and publish job descriptions aligned with business requirements and market trends.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, internal databases, social media, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to evaluate qualifications, relevant experience, communication skills, and role suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring panels while ensuring timely communication.
- Follow up on interviews, collect feedback, and keep stakeholders informed about recruitment progress.
- Conduct compensation discussions within approved salary frameworks and support offer preparation, rollout, and closure.
- Track offer acceptance,



maintain pre-joining engagement, and improve joining conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in recruitment trackers and applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, including time to source, time to fill, offer-to-join ratio, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Support diversity hiring, internal recruitment, and strategic talent-pipelining initiatives.
- Ensure a positive, transparent, and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on talent availability, market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring practices across Noida and the NCR region.
- Coordinate with HR operations, onboarding teams, and business stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from selection to joining.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques, Boolean search, job portals, and LinkedIn recruitment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment trackers, and MS Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring deadlines.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
