Job Brief:

We are looking for an experienced South Indian Chef (CDP) to lead the South Indian station in our kitchen in Nashik.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare authentic South Indian dishes (Dosas, Idlis, Vadas, Uttapams, Chettinad, Malabar curries, etc.).

- Maintain recipe standardization, food presentation, and consistent taste.

- Manage station inventory, raw material ordering, and hygiene standards.

- Train and mentor junior line cooks and kitchen staff.

Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or culinary certification preferred.

- 3–6 years of experience as a CDP or Sr. Commis specializing in South Indian cuisine.

- Solid understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
