CP Sourcing Manager Real Estate

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a target-driven CP Sourcing Manager to build and strengthen the channel partner (CP) network for our recent real estate site. The role focuses on onboarding brokers and property consultants, generating quality leads, and driving site visits and bookings in coordination with the sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify, approach, onboard, and activate channel partners, brokers, and property consultants in the local market.
- Build strong partner relationships to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified customer leads.
- Plan and execute sourcing activities to achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation and sales targets.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support lead follow-ups, site visits, and conversion of prospects.
- Organise channel partner meetings, project presentations, site visits,



and promotional activities.
- Track partner productivity, lead quality, site visits, and conversions; maintain accurate records and reports.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor projects to identify new sourcing opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
- Experience in real estate sourcing, channel partner management, or property sales.
- Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market and broker network.
- Proactive, organised, and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
