Gembah is looking for a proactive, organized and hands-on Sourcing & Production Project Manager to manage end-to-end product sourcing and development projects with Indian manufacturers for our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard suitable Indian manufacturers; manage RFQs, costing, quotations and negotiations.
- Coordinate product development, material sourcing, sampling and revisions based on tech packs and client requirements.
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, production milestones and supplier follow-ups.
- Work closely with factories, designers, clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee sample approvals, quality coordination, production progress, dispatches and project updates.

Requirements

- Solid experience in Apparel and Home Textiles sourcing,



product development and production management.
- Good understanding of Indian manufacturing capabilities, supplier networks, materials, costing and production processes.
- Ability to independently manage vendors and projects from initial sourcing through final shipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Comfortable coordinating with US-based clients and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and project management tools.
- Experience in Accessories and Leather Goods sourcing and production is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
