Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced South Indian Cook who can prepare authentic South Indian dishes while maintaining consistent taste, food quality, presentation, and kitchen hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, uttapam, sambar, and rasam.
- Handle daily kitchen preparation and cooking.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion sizes.
- Follow recipes and food preparation standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.




- Monitor stock levels and minimize food wastage.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff for timely service.
- Follow food safety procedures.
- Assist with menu preparation when required.
